Note:

Event Duration should not exceed 1 Hour 15 Mins.
Each item in the program shall be a minimum of 4 minutes to a maximum of 6 minutes and participants shall be a minimum of 4 to maximum of 8 in each team.
ICC committee will screen the proposed cultural performance for approval.
Requesting teams to include regional culture or dance forms as a value added aspect.
ICC will provide stage and basic sound systems at Ashoka Hall.
Confirmation shall be subject to availability and approval from Management of Indian Cultural Centre (ICC). ICC has the right to revoke the permission at any time without assigning any reasons.
