ICC is the apex body of Indian expatriate community functioning under the aegis of Embassy of India for the purpose of advancement of social, and cultural activities of the Indian community in Qatar. Membership of ICC is open to all Indian nationals and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO/OIC card holders) above 18 years of age with a valid residency permit in State of Qatar.
