Mudrankitham, Classical Dance Recital

Indian Cultural Centre will be presenting Mudrankitham, Classical Dance Recital in association with RAGA, at ICC Ashoka hall on Friday, 15th November 2019 from 7pm to 9pm. RAGA is a passionate journey of four fine young Bharatnatyam exponents who blossomed under the tutelage of Vidushi Mrudula Rai, Director-Shree Natyanikethan, Coimbatore. The dance quartet Raksha, Akkshitha, Gayathri and Akshaya have been performing at prestigious dance festivals and Sabhas for well over a decade displaying their brilliance and re-invoking appreciation for our traditional art forms. Not only are they high achievers in academics but also in performing parts, having bagged laurels at National level classical dance competitions. Along with RAGA, following budding Kathak students from Doha would be performing Ashwika Bolar, Mahalakshmi Rajeev, Maitri Dhruva, Mishti Ahluwalia, Ashmitha Mahesh, Janvi Sreejith and Tanvi Gopal. The Program is a continuation of the initiative by Indian Cultural Centre along with all ICC Associate Organizations, Indian Schools and Indian Cultural Institutions in Qatar, to have Cultural shows on every week at the Ashoka Hall in the ICC Premises. Admission to these program will be free for all.
